Current Campaigns
The Society is campaigning on a number of issues in order to ensure that the planning system is reflective of what local communities want and need, rather than it being a delivery mechanism for national and regional government.
As part of this, it regularly runs workshops and training days for its members, town and parish councils and amenity society members. it does this as it believes the more people involved in planning and understand the process and procedures, the better chance they have of securing what they want from it.
