Q. Planning seems so complex. As a lay person, how do I get started?

A. Go to Our Planning Glossary. It's been written by SPS with you in mind.

Q. I've looked at Our Planning Glossary, and I need more help that it provides. Is there someone at SPS that I can talk to about my particular problem?

A. Yes and no. By all means, contact us but bear in mind our limited resources. We have to triage the case work, focusing on the issues that will have the greatest impact. But sometimes, a telephone conversation is enough to set you on the right track.
