SPS is passionate about our more humble heritage, that which is not listed as of national importance but is of genuine local importance. These are known as non-designated heritage assets.
We encourage the identification of non-designated heritage assets, which have local architectural or social history significance, through Neighbourhood Plans. More generally we work hard to identify and protect these special buildings through the development planning process.
