Increasingly, town and parish councils and local amenity societies are the new front line in heritage management, playing an important role in responding to consultations when changes are proposed to the historic environment. This seminar will inform on best practice when responding to planning applications relating to listed buildings and conservation areas, providing essential advice and skills to those facing the challenge of protecting Suffolk’s heritage.
